HEAT #113 – I Went to a Wrestling Match and a Hockey Game Broke Out
on March 19, 2011 at 4:03 pmThe “ring-jacket-as-a-distraction-to-get-an-advantage trick” is one that doesn’t get used very much anymore, much like the “sweater-over-the-head” trick in hockey fights. Although in the case of hockey fights, it’s because the sweater trick is illegal now and real sports actually enforce their rules. Weirdos.
I’m off to check out the PWA’s highly anticipated 10th Anniversary Show, headlined by Bully Ray and Dylan Knight vs. Brother D-Von and Lance Motherfucking Storm. Expect a review in the next few days.
Also, the Edmonton Collectible Toy and Comic Show is tomorrow, and I will be there with my new book, Hell, Inc. #2: Candied Sheep Day. You should come by and say hi. And buy it, because it’s a goddamn office comedy with demons and carmelized sheep. WHY WOULDN’T YOU WANT TO READ THAT!? You must hate joy.
On Wednesday: Punching. It’s what’s for dinner.
