Okay, this probably didn’t need it’s own blog post, since you saw it before you scrolled all the way down here, but I finished the new header image this afternoon. It’s not quite small enough to get the full comic on the main screen, but I think if I go any smaller it’ll start to compromise the readability of it.
At one point I was thinking about having a marquee with the current/next match, kind of like how the WWE has those screens announcing upcoming matches with photos of the participants, but for whatever reason abandoned that idea. Somewhat in that vein, I think I might make a new header every few months with elements of recent matches. It blends the idea of the marquee with some more interesting images.
