It’s Remembrance Day in Canada, so I thought I’d do something a little different on the blog and post a pitch comic that I drew last year. At the time I wanted to do a World War 1 strip along the lines of my War of 1812 comic, so I drew up a sample strip and sent in to my publisher along with a few pages of script and a synopsis of the story. It didn’t end up going anywhere, but I’d still like to do that comic. This is that sample strip from the war that caused Remembrance Day to exist. Click to embiggen.
