The first bit of the commentary on this page is easily my favourite exchange between John and Hugh so far. At least out of the pages posted so far, they have some fun lines during the tag team match that’s coming up (not this one, the one I’m thinking of starts around page 50).
Ron and Tim’s jackets are an homage to the 1980s, when it seemed like pretty much everybody wore a ring jacket with sparkly sequins all over it. Which turned out to be more difficult to draw than I had anticipated. I think I ended up with a decent texture for them. About 5 or 10 pages from now there’s one based on Bobby Heenan’s old suits with patterns on the back that was a lot more difficult. Becasue apparently I’m physically unable to make things easy on myself.
